How far in advance do I need to place an order?
I require 48 hours notice in advance for most cookie orders. Custom orders require minimum two weeks notice.

Payment is via interac etransfer to jocelynscookieco@gmail.com. Your order is not confirmed till payment has been received.
Do you offer pickup?
Pickup is available in Cranston (SE Calgary).

Delivery is currently not available.

Do you offer gluten free options?
Almost all cookies/cookie bars contain flour. I currently offer one gluten sensitive options. However, as this is a home based business, I cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, please fill out the custom cookie request form and I will be happy to discuss your custom order needs.
